Eyes
For your day makeup, keep your look as much natural as you like. Yes, it`s a matter of taste, but less is always more. I love wearing matte black eyeliners and natural looking mascara for the day, but this time I used high shine eyeliner for the make-up below. You can use brown, or even colorful eyeliner, depending on your taste and OOTD. Use eye pencil for a softer look, but don`t forget to fix it with black eyeshadow. If I want to glitter at day, I choose eyes, lips or cheeks to pop up. I always use a good eyeshadow base and a waterproof eyeliner or eyepencil. No dramatic looking mascara for the day time.
Face
Use natural looking creamy or powder blush in winter, idealy matching your natural cheek color. Stick to your matte bronzer in summer. Use mineral powder instead of foundation for a more natural look, but don`t forget to fix it with matte powder in your oily zone. I used a little bit of mineral powder overall my face. If you prefer liquid foundations, pick up the most natural looking with a gorgeous sheen, for example my favorite Catrice foundation.
Cheeks
Use a natural looking highlighter. Avoid products having too high amounts of glitter and shimmer, but the eyeshadow I used can look amazing for your free-time. Don`t forget to put on your favourite blush before. I love Artdeco Blusher in Deep Pink.
Lips
Stick to lighter colored sheer lip glosses that allow your natural lip color to shine through, matte browns or reds if you have delicious looking plump lips. Avoid dark matte lip colors, as those will make your lips look too dark and bold, your teeth blue or yellow. Choose your day make-up according to your age, job, personality and outfit. Express yourself but do not overdo.
The products I used are all super affordable but have still good quality.
Lips: a nice lip gloss can make you look younger. However, in winter time I prefer lipsticks.
This time I didn`t use any concealers. For my eyebrows I choose natural brown eyeshadow or a wax eyebrow pencil.
The last word: your day make-up doesn`t have to attract the attention of others, but make you more beautiful. A clean looking, fresh face is a must.
